  • Free shuttle from Glendhu Bay to the start line: 6am-7am
  • Registration: 6:15am-7:45am @ the start line (Motatapu Station)

  • Runners Start: 8am
  • Walkers Start: 8.05am
  • Cut Off at Aid Station 2: 12pm
  • Prize Giving: Approximately 3pm

MARATHON COMPETITOR TRANSPORT

For those who wish to use it, we offer an optional Competitor Transport service for an additional charge. Pre-event transport is available from Queenstown, Arrowtown and Wanaka to the Motatapu Station start line. Be sure to wait at your chosen event pick up location or else you may get left behind! Post-event transport will be available from Arrowtown to Queenstown, Wanaka and Glendhu Bay.

The different transport options available can be seen here - these can be booked via your Iconic Profile. Please be aware that this transport usually gets 100% fully booked so we recommend organising yours by early February at the latest, choosing your route carefully as last minute changes are usually difficult. Be sure to read the cancellation policy prior to making a booking.

Toilets and Lost Property

Toilets are available at the pick up and drop off locations of all competitor transport options. Please do not leave anything on the competitor transport bus - we take no responsibility for any items left behind.

Transport Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 15 days or more before the event : 80% refund 
  • Cancellations 14 days or less before the event : No refund
