MTB Team Entry Information
(There is NO additional fee to enter a MTB team)
Business Mountain Bike Team (NO ring-ins)
To enter a three member team in the Business Mountain Bike Team all team members MUST be bona fide employees of the nominated organisation and must already have entered as individuals.
This is a great corporate team building exercise and a chance to compete against other companies or teams within your own organisation!
No ring-ins!
No one from outside your organisation can be part of your Business House team (enter the Sport House Mountain bike team if you are not all from the same organisation). You will be disqualified as a team and also individually if we find out this is the case (Sponsored athletes of a company don't count as an employee).
*Note if disqualified for any reason prizes/awards will need to be returned
This is not a relay
All three team members can be from across any category (elite, sport, or recreational) but MUST complete the entire course. The combined times of the three nominated members will count towards the teams result. Teams can be mixed gender.
How To Enter
All proposed team members MUST have entered as individuals in the 2012 Motatapu Speight's Summit Mountain Bike.
1 - Have each team members email address on hand.
2 - One person must login to their Iconic Profile. Once in the competitor area you will have the oportunity to enter a Mountain Bike Team. You will then be asked to invite your team mates to join.
3 - Enter the unique Email address of the team members in the box provided. Here you can also choose the name of your team.
4 - An email will be sent to each of your specified team members letting them know you have formed a team.
5 - Your team members names will appear in your profile under your team name.
Please note all teams must be activated by 5pm 15 February 2012.
Sport/Social Mountain Bike Team (Ring-ins Allowed)
To enter a team in the Sport/Social Mountain Bike Team, all three team members MUST have entered as individuals before you create your team
Any one can be part of your team as long as they are already entered as an individual.
