Iconic has the sole rights to promote, market and run a mountain bike and running event to be held annually through Motatapu and Soho valleys, to be called the Motatapu.

1.2 I, the Bike Retailer, will provide the support as detailed in Schedule A below.

1.3 The bike check rights will apply to the Motatapu Mountain Bike Event 2012.

1.4 If the promotional fee of $115 (incl gst) has been agreed to, Iconic will promote you, the Bike Retailer, on the event website. I understand that I will be sent an invoice for the fee.

1.5 I, the Bike Retailer, agree that we will not use the names or images of any of the owners of the land traversed by the Motatapu, for any purpose connected with the Motatapu.

1.6 If a dispute between myself, the Bike Retailer, and Iconic relating to the interpretation of this agreement cannot be mutually resolved, then such dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996.

SCHEDULE A

2.1 I, the Bike Retailer, will undertake bike checks between 16 February and 8 March 2012.

2.2 I, the Bike Retailer, will ensure every bike check that has passed is entered on the Iconic website or competitor details are passed on to Iconic.  Iconic will provide the neccessary details to complete online checks.

2.3 I, the Bike Retailer, will ensure every bike is checked to a standard such that the bike is considered safe by myself, the Bike Retailer, to complete the 47km off road event and passes the check sheet supplied.

2.4 I, the Bike Retailer, will conduct bike checks in a professional manner, ensuring the competitor understands any and all work required on their bike to pass the check.  Any disagreements between the competitor and myself, the Bike Retailer, need to be documented on the Bike Check Failure Sheet (provided by Iconic) and communicated (via fax/email) to Iconic for Iconic to make a decision whose decision will be final.
