All PRE event mountain bike competitor transport is fully booked.

Please contact either Queenstown Bike Taxis or Snag Bus to discuss what transport options are you requiring and they may be able to help;

For those who wish to use it, we offer a MTB Competitor Transport service for an additional charge. This transport usually gets 100% fully booked so be sure to organise your transport early, choosing your route carefully as last minute changes are usually difficult. Be sure to wait at your chosen pre-event pick up location or else you may get left behind! To view or purchase the different transport options available click here.

MTB Competitor Transport includes the relocation of your mountain bike in a separate vehicle. Bikes are transported at your own risk. Organisers and transport providers take all care but no responsibility for damage/loss in transit. Please check-in thirty minutes before departure to help the driver load your bike into the vehicle. Upon arrival, please wait for the transport vehicle to collect your bike.

Check-In: 7.30am | Departure Time: 8.00am sharp!

Pick Up: Cnr Ramshaw Lane and Wiltshire
St, Arrowtown (near the public toilets)
Check-In: 7.45am | Departure Time: 8.15am sharp!

Pre event MTB Transport from Wanaka

Pick Up: Pembroke Park Car Park
Dungarvon Street, Wanaka
Check In: 9.00am | Departure Time: 9.30am sharp!

Post MTB transport to Queenstown

Toilets are available at the pick up and drop off locations for all competitor transport options. Please do not leave anything on the competitor transport bus or at the MTB start line - we take no responsibility for any items left behind.
